Shipping and Processing
For your convenience, we can ship your merchandise in a method that works best for you. You may choose "Standard" for regular Parcel Post delivery or if you need faster delivery, you may select from either "Priority" or "Express".
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order and are shipped via Parcel Post (Post Office). Depending upon where you live, your package should arrive in 7-10 business days.
PriorityIn-stock item(s) will be delivered within 3-5 business days(pending credit approval) after we receive your order, depending upon where you live. This service costs $10 per order and is in addition to our standard shipping and processing charges. ExpressIn-stock item(s) will be delivered within 1-3 business days(pending credit approval) after we receive your order, depending upon where you live. This service costs $20 per order and is in addition to our standard shipping and processing charges. K. Jordan Credit Express:Credit card orders before 11:00am (CT) - NEXT DAYK. Jordan Credit orders - 2 DaysOrders after 11:00am (CT) - 2 Days(No weekend or holiday deliveries)Please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery to AK, HI, and all U.S. Terr. and APO/FPO addresses. Returns & Exchange Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at K. Jordan. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to us within 90 days and we’ll promptly handle your refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original and unworn condition. (Sorry, shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.) We do not accept COD´s and any item sent "Return To Sender" is not usually received. There are two easy ways to begin the return and exchange process: Return/Exchange Using Return Label (Most Convenient)The Return Label is a return option that can save you a trip to the post office; or UPS center. Simply attach the Return Label to the outside of your package and give it to your postal carrier. The Return Label will deduct $7.95 from your refund amount in order to cover the return shipping and processing fees. Please allow at least 10 business days for your return to reach us. The Return Label service is not available for Bill Me Later orders or APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territory shipments.

1. Complete and enclose the RETURN FORM located on the back of your PACKING SLIP and indicate whether the item is a return or an exchange.
2. You’ll find your Return Label printed on the front of your PACKING SLIP. Attach it to your package for the quick and easy shipment and processing of your return or exchange.
3. No postage is required up front, instead $7.95 will automatically be deducted from your merchandise credit.
4. Give your package to your postal carrier or drop it off at any post office or FedEx location.

• Shipping and processing charges include processing your orders and payments, receiving and storing goods at our warehouse, processing returns, packing and delivering our products in a manner that assures a safe, secure and timely delivery of your order, and replacing any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. These charges are non-refundable.
• Orders may be shipped to one address only.
