beautiful classic heels without the pain killing height, but they run too wide and about half a size too long. Feet slide down into toe box which is so narrow it pinches toes. I am an 11n, will have to get a 10.5aaa, oh, they don't have 10.5, will try an 11aaa; Will need something in shoe to hold foot up in the shoe so it doesn't slide forward. I am afraid it is going to be too long; but will try. Due to the narrowness of toe I may not be able to stand them for too long.Made in China.

I have a short wide foot (7EE) and I have a very difficult time finding heels that fit and are comfortable. I have two pairs of this style (the black snake skin and the pewter) and I can wear them out to dinner or stand on my feet at a party all night and not have to take them off. This is a pretty shoe for my big, size 12 feet. What a rare thing! It comes in AAA width, so my heels stay in the shoes. Bonus feature.......they were on sale! I love the city scene on the soles, too. I can't comment too much on comfort, as the event I purchased them for hasn't happened, yet. They seem good wearing around the house, though.

This is a very nice shoe. I ordered a WW because my feet are wide and pumps tend to run narrow for me. Thank goodness I did. While I could get them on they still required stretching. The good quality leather will stretch and ultimately I look forward to a classy comfortable shoe.

The first time I wore these heels was out to dinner...love them. Then I wore them to work all day...no blisters or achy feet. My only complaint (and really its a small complaint) is the snakeskin doesn't wear to well. But other than that I love these heels...I wish I could afford to order three more pair in other colors. This shoe line is very poorly sized. I ordered a 6 which was too large and exchanged it for a 5.5 which will arrive soon. Bec of the large sizing I ordered another color in the 5.5 and it's too small! This line of shoes has a problem with sizing consistency. Great looking but order 3: 1 at the right size, 1 above and 1 below to cover all bases.

Was so excited to find a pretty, "nude" shoe to wear with dresses and light colored pants, but I have an extra-wide foot, and while the length seemed right, the toe box tapered so quickly my toes were all smashed together. It's so frustrating not to be able to find beautiful, comfortable, flesh-toned shoes for wider feet. These didn't appear to have much cushioning or arch support, but I would have overlooked that for the couple of hours I would have been wearing them to church or out to dinner etc.

I have a large foot and have been looking for a good dressy pump that is stylish but very comfortable and NOT 3 inches high. This is PERFECT! And very reasonably priced. The only reason i didn't give it a full star rating is that it doesn't come in a 10.5 so i had to go up to 11 which is just a tad big . . . but they are so comfortable i've ordered another pair in Black.

I love the look and the way these shoes feel, but the finish is such that if one shoe touches the other or touches any other object the shoe sticks to whatever it is touching. This stops the movement of your foot and results in a fall. I wore them to my son's wedding and they caused me to fall twice in one evening.

This is a very pretty shoe, but it just doesn't fit my foot well. I always wear a 9 AAA but it is loose on the heel with poor arch support (I have high arches) and it feels too tight and slightly short in the toe box. I am very unstable in this shoe. I would still recommend this shoe to a friend because I have a more difficult foot to fit in a heel of this style and most people probably could wear it.

I just purchased these shoes, I don't think I've had them two months yet and already the semi "snake skin" design is fading and worn...especially on the sides. Truthfully, I have never had this happen to me before. These appear like nice pumps, but for the money spent for them, they're just not worth it. Too wide at the heel, had to put heel grips in to keep them from slipping off, I ordered the wide, but their wide fits more like a B or medium width, which make my toes feel cramped, uppers are stiff, and the soles have some kind of goofy design on them and people try to look at the bottoms of your feet to see what's on there. I'll choose another brand next time, meanwhile, I'll never get the use out of these I thought I would.

Comfortable right out of the box because the sizing is true -- there's actual width in the wide widths (something that not all dress shoes have). I wore them all day with no discomfort at all, and no pain when I took them off in the evening. Plus, the styling is really flattering and the heel is high enough to look like you have heels on without being so high that you're pitched forward with every step. I have them in black and bone, but will be buying more colors!

I need a AAA to really fit. I got the WOW shoe more for special occasions then everyday. So, I can not speak to long term comfort, or how the show wears. This is a great shoe. The bronze color was a bit lighter than it looked on my computer, but it still works with the outfits I bought it for. The heel makes it sexy without sacrificing comfort--not easy to find such a shoe. I may get this shoe in other colors!

I just received this pump in my regular size (7 1/2N)and they were a perfect fit. Heel not too high, but stylish. I am wearing them today and they are so comfortable even with the pointed toe, which I didn't expect to feel this good! I will be back for more in other colors for sure!!

I really wear a 4.5 but I have been looking and looking for a more stylish pointy toe pump. This one had the right heal height as well so even though I wear a smaller sz than was offered I tried it. I have put a few pads in it and am thrilled that it seems to be working. Just because I am smaller doesn't mean I don't want to be fashionable. I watch "What Not to Wear" and especially for petite people they always suggest a pointy toe shoe...to elongate. Wish you had some flats with points as well. Thanks for carrying smaller sizes, because no one else does I am forced to buy almost exclusively through you.

I haven't had the opportunity to wear these shoes all day yet. However, I have another pair of Bella Vitas which I love and find very comfortable. Red is my favorite color, so finding it in a brand and style that I know fits me so well, I couldn't resist. These shoes have a very comfortable heel height. They look stylish and sexy, yet, unlike some of my other sexy shoes, I can actually wear these for more than half an hour! I will wear these for dressier occasions and won't be surprised at the compliments I know I will receive. My only complaint is that the red could be "redder."

The color was perfect for my dress. Although I loved the shoe and for the most part it was true to size, for those of us with a super narrow heal I still had to stuff and adjust in order to keep it from slipping off my heal. No, I can not go down a size as I already did. Pump heals could be a little more narrow from mfg.
However, you are doing a great job in those hard to find sizes with appropriate heal heights for us stylish over 50 age group. Keep up the good work!

These shoes are great. I have very wide, problematic feet. These are the most true to size shoes I've ever had. I've ordered shoes in the past that said they were wide and still couldn't get into them. If I had known how true this sizing was, I could have ordered them 1/2 size smaller. This is a great classic heel for someone with very narrow feet. I have a very hard time finding shoes that are narrow enough for me and was thrilled to find these.
